Crock-Pot Roasted Chicken & Potatoes

This is a super easy, no-fuss recipe I like to prepare on lazy winter weekends with the aid of my crock-pot who does all the work while I relax under the blanket with hot chocolate and Netflix.

Chicken Potato Roast
Servings: 3-4
Time: 4-8 Hours
Difficulty: Easy


  • 8-10 Chicken Pieces - Thawed
  • 8-10 Small Potatoes
  • Choice of Herbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  1. Add the herbs, salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Place the chicken at the bottom of the crock-pot and the potatoes on top.
  3. Cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low setting.
  4. Transfer everything to an oven pan and grill for 10-12 minutes in the oven.
  5. Serve with rice or a salad. Bon appetit!
